1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

3 cloves crushed garlic

1 tbs fresh thyme

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp white pepper

1/4 tsp dried oregano

Nuts & Bolts

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Rub  marinade all over meat.

For best results marinate for 2 hours before cooking.
