Tomato & Basil Butter

130g butter

3 tbs tomato puree

1/2 cup fresh basil finely chopped

1 clove garlic crushed

pinch salt

pinch pepper

Nuts & Bolts

1. Whip butter until forms peaks

2. Combine butter, tomato puree, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Place in airtight container and  store in refrigerator until needed.

Great for : fish, meat, potato dishes and to add into a sauce.
