Chilli & Garlic Kale Chips
large bunch kale ( remove all stems )
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tbs crushed garlic
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
salt and pepper
Nuts & Bolts
1. Preheat oven to 200c.
2. Remove all stems from kale and place into a plastic bag. Add oil, garlic, chilli and season with salt and pepper. Remove all air in bag, seal the top, and with your hands mix all ingredients into the kale.
3. Using a couple of baking trays lay out all marinated kale, try not to over lap the kale. Place into oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until kale is crispy to touch.
Remove from oven, cool, Ready to eat.
