Mushroom and Filo Pie
Serves 4
1 tbs olive oil
5 cups sliced mushrooms
1 small brown onion chopped finely
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup low fat cream
1 tsp fresh dill finely chopped
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 sheets filo pastry

Nuts & Bolts
1. Pre heat oven to 200c.
2. Add oil and mushrooms to a pan and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add onions and garlic, cook for a further 2 minutes. Add cream , dill and Parmesan cheese cook for a further 1 minute.
3. Spoon mixture into small over proof bowls.
4. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 pieces lightly spray oil in between each layer. Lightly scrunch pastry and place on top of mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
