2 kilos diced beef
Marinade
1 tbs salt
1/2 tbs pepper
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbs smoked paprika
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbs dried oregano
Wooden skewers
Nuts & Bolts
1. In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Using your hands mix well massaging all the meat to make sure it is all coated with the marinade.
2. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight for a better result.
3. Using wooden skewer thread 5-6 pieces of meat on each skewer.
ready for the BBQ or grill.
