Garlic prawns and Calamari
Serves 3-4
8-10 prawns cleaned
2 medium calamari tubes sliced
1 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 red chilli finely chopped
2 spring onions finely sliced
zest of half lemon
1 cup rocket
salt and pepper
Nuts & Bolts
1. In a large frying pan on medium heat add butter and oil. Add garlic and chilli and infuse the oils.
2. Add prawns and cook for 3 minutes. Add calamari and cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add spring onions, lemon zest and rocket. Cook for 1 minute or until all seafood is cooked.
season to taste.
