Grilled spiced Coriander Paneer

300g paneer cheese
cooking oil spray

Marinade
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
5-6 tbs yoghurt
1/2 red chilli
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/ tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp mango powder
1 -1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 bunch fresh coriander
season to taste

Nuts & Bolts

1. Place all marinade ingredient into a blender and mix well.

2. In an air tight container with  lid, add cheese and cover with marinade.

3. Refrigerate for 2 hours or longer. 

3. On medium heat, spray grill pan with cooking oil and grill paneer  for 2 minutes on both sides.
