Garlic Prawns
4 tbs butter
4 tbs olive oil
5 Cloves of garlic
1 Red Chilli
24 Raw prawns with tail on
1 handful of rocket
2 tbs flat leaf parsley
3 Spring onions ( green part)
Salt flakes and Pepper for seasoning
Nuts & Bolts
1. Add butter and olive oil to a low to medium heat pan and melt. Add garlic and chilli and cook for 2 minutes to infuse the oil. ( don't let the garlic color)
2. Turn heat to medium / high add prawns cook for a 2 minutes. Add spring onions, rocket and parsley. Season to taste. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
Ready to serve
Best eaten with crusty continental bread, to soak up the juices.
