Hoisin Pork Kebabs
600g Pork fillet sliced finely
12 skewers
Marinade
2 tbs Hoisin sauce
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp sesame oil
pinch white pepper
1 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs honey
Nuts & Bolts
1. In a mixing bowl add all the marinade ingredients and mix well. Add sliced pork and mix through.
2. Cover bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for two hours or overnight for a better result.
3. Thread pork pieces on to the skewers. Repeat process until all pork has been used.
4. In a large frying pan or on a BBQ plate, cook for 2 minutes on each side or until pork is cooked.
Marinade can be used on most meats.
Add some vegetables on skewers to add more flavour.
