Lemon butter sauce
2 tbs butter
1/2 tbs capers
1/2 lemon juices
2 tbs fresh parsley finely chopped
Nuts & Bolts
1. In a pan on medium - low heat add butter. Once the butter has melted, add capers, lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add parsley cook for 30 seconds, them pour over fish.
Season to taste if required.
Enough sauce for two pieces of fish.
