Moroccan Spiced Lamb
1-1/2 lamb loin chops
Marinade
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs olive oil
Nuts & Bolts
1. Place all the marinade ingredients into a bowl, mix well.
Add lamb and with your hands rub all the marinade all over the meat.
2. Cover bowl with cling wrap, place in the fridge for 3 hours or over night for a better result.
3. In a large frying pan on medium heat, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your taste.
Rest meat for 3 -4 minutes before eating.
Lamb can be cooked on the BBQ, frying pan or even baked in the oven.
