1. Season tuna steak with celery salt
2. Roll tuna steak into sesame seeds
3. In a pan on medium-high heat add oil. Place tune steak in pan searing for 15-20 seconds on all sides of the tuna steak. Remove from pan and rest for 2-5 minutes before slicing, with a sharp knife.
