Butter Chicken Kebabs

Serves 4-6

1 kilo chicken thigh fillets cut into pieces

skewers

Marinade

400g Greek yoghurt

1 tbs garlic paste

1 tbs ginger paste

2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tbs tomato paste

Nuts & Bolts

1. In a mixing bowl add all the marinade ingredients, and chicken pieces. Mix well.

Cover bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for 3 hour or over night for better results.

2. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.

3. Cook on each side for 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Chicken can be cooked in frying pan, BBQ, Grill or baked in the oven.
