Curried Eggs

8 -10 eggs

1 tbs curry powder ( for more spice add more curry )

pinch of cayenne pepper

3 tbs mayonnaise

Salt and pepper

 

Nuts & Bolts

1. Place eggs into a pot of cold water. Place pot on cook top on high heat. Once water has boiled cook for  4 minutes. Quickly strain water and run cold water from tap over eggs to cool down this will stop the cooking process.

2. Once eggs have cooled peel off shell and cut in halves, take out all the yolks and place into a mixing bowl.

3. Add mayonnaise, curry powder and cayenne to the egg yolks and mix well. Season to taste.

4. Spoon curry mixture into centre of eggs
