Greek Salata

1 large cucumber sliced
4 large tomatoes cubed
1 medium red or white onion sliced
1/2 cup olives of your choice
200g Greek feta cheese
1/2 tbs dried oregano
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs Italian white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper

Nuts & Bolts

1. In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.


Break up the feta cheese and crumble all over the top of the salad. add extra olive oil over the top if you love olive oil.
