Lemongrass and Chilli Chicken Steaks

Serves 4

3 large double chicken thigh fillets

Marinade

1 tbs sugar

3 tbs fish sauce

1/2 tbs ginger paste

1/2 tbs crushed chilli

1 tbs lemongrass paste

1 tbs garlic paste

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp sesame oil

Nuts & Bolts

1. Place all the marinade ingredients into a large mixing bowl, mix well. Add chicken steaks and cover with marinade. Cover bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hour or over night for a better result.

2. On a large grill pan on medium heat add chicken steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked.
