Turkey Burgers (patties)

Makes approx 6-8 burger patties

550g turkey mince
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs minced ginger
1 tbs minced chilli
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tbs dried oregano
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Nuts & Bolts

1. In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.

2. Cover bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for 2 or more hours.

3. With your hands roll patties into your desired size.

4. In a frying pans on medium heat cook patties until cooked.

Great served as a delicious hamburger with your choice of great toppings.
