Avocado Homus
400g tin chick peas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp garlic paste
1 whole avocado chopped
2 tbs tahini paste
2 tbs olive oil (good quality)
1 lemon juiced
1/4 tsp cumin powder
Season to taste
1. Place all the above ingredients into a food processor and blend into a smooth paste.
Check for seasoning, season to your taste.
Place into a bowl and serve.
