Goat & Lamb Marinade
1 sprig thyme
1 sprig rosemary
1/3 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
3 tbs olive oil
3 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Nuts & Bolts
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
2. Add meat and marinade for 2 hours or overnight.
Will marinate 800g to 1 kilo of meat.
