Hoisin and Garlic Kebabs
Marinade
2 tbs Hoisin sauce
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp sesame oil
pinch white pepper
1 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs honey
1 kilo sliced pork or chicken
Wooden skewers
Nuts & Bolts
1. In a mixing bowl add all the marinade ingredients and mix well.
2. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or over night for a better result.
3. Thread 5-6 pieces of meat onto each skewer. Ready to cook.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked.
