Prawn Burgers
500g raw prawns deveined and cleaned
1/2 tbs garlic paste
3 tbs fresh chives
1/3 cup fresh parsley
1 red long chilli
1/2 tbs sesame oil
1 egg
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Nuts & Bolts
1. Place all the ingredient into a food processor and blend until all mixture has blended together.
2. Roll patties to your desired size. Place on a plate and cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before cooking.
This will allow all the flavours to fuse together.
