Avocado and smoked salmon Dip
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1 avocado
1/2 lime juiced
3 tbs yoghurt
100g smoked salmon
1/2 red chilli finely sliced
1 spring onion finely sliced
1/2 tbs fresh dill finely chopped
salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl add avocado and mash, add garlic, lime juice and yogurt mix well.
2. Crumble in smoked salmon, add chilli, dill, spring onion, mix all together. Season to taste.
