6 ripe tomatoes diced

1 small red onion sliced thinly

1 Lebanese cucumber sliced

1/3 cup kalamata olives

1 cup baby spinach

200g Greek feta cheese

1/2 tsp dried oregano

2 tbs olive oil

30ml vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Nuts & Bolts

Add all ingredient into a bowl, crumble feta, add oil, vinegar and season to taste.
