180g Chinese cabbage finely sliced
1 carrot grated
1 small red chilli finely sliced
45g mild pepper finely slices
80g fire roasted capsicums chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
1 spring onion finely sliced
3 tbs mayonnaise

 

Nuts & Bolts

1. Add coleslaw ingredients into a large mixing bowl add mayonnaise and mix well.
