Spicy dry rub beef ribs
2 kilos beef ribs
3 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs pimenton
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp onion salt
3 tsp salt
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1. Place all ingredients into a jar and mix well.
2. Rub marinade all over ribs, cover and refrigerate overnight for a great result.
3. Preheat oven to 180c.
4. Wrap ribs up in foil, place on baking tray, and place ribs in the oven cook for 2 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
