Indian Koftas

500g lamb mince

500g pork mince

1 large onion finely chopped 

2 tbs garlic paste

1 tbs ginger paste

1/2 tbs coriander powder

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tbs salt

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin powder

2 tbs garam masala

3 tbs tomato sauce

1. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Combine all ingredient, mixing with your hands.

2. Roll each portion of mixture into small balls. Once all mixture has been used, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking.
